Newark, Full Time, Permanent
£28,000 - £32,000 DOE + Bonus
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Branch Manager to join our successful Newark based property client. We are looking for someone who can build an excellent rapport with the team.
THE ROLE
As a Branch Manager you will have experience in managing and mentoring a team, other responsibilities include:
- Responsible for a large property portfolio
- Oversee the setup and presentation of properties
- Develop and implement effective advertising strategies to attract tenants
- Training and supporting the team
- Produce regular reports on property performance and market trends
- Ensuring office remains compliant
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Branch Manager will be self-motivated and be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 year's experience in Estate Agency
- Experience managing, leading and mentoring a team
- Knowledge of the local market area
- Target driven and ambitious
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to generate new business & opportunities
