Tuxford, Full Time, Permanent
Salary Circa £24,000

Our Nottinghamshire based client is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established, growing business and be part of a small but busy team.


As a Customer Service Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer emails and telephone calls regarding orders and deliveries.
  • Responding to live web chat enquiries.
  • Adding orders to a bespoke system.
  • Working on quotes and creating orders.
  • Assisting with organising transport for collections and deliveries.
  • Placing orders with suppliers and raising PO’s.
  • Undertaking benchmarking and competitor analysis duties.


The successful Customer Service Administrator Candidate will ideally possess the following:

  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well organised and the ability to multi-task.
  • Work well in a team in an open office.
  • Decisive and a problem solver.
  • Ability to multitask and be self-motivated.

The following would be desirable however, is not essential:

  • SEO experience.
  • Google ads and analytics experience.
  • Experience working on an ecommerce platform.


  • Free parking.
  • Monday to Friday working with an early finish on a Friday.
  • Annual leave increases with length of service.
  • Birthday off.

Due to the location of the Client, a drivers licence would be required.
