Our multi award-winning Newark based Client is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

THE ROLE

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective advertising and marketing strategies to promote the business, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop comprehensive advertising and marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business goals.
  • Create and manage end-to-end advertising and marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
  • Oversee the development of creative assets, ensuring brand consistency and messaging effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and manage advertising and marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and other vendors.
  • Management of PR and attaining press across the group of companies.
  • Collaborate with group businesses internal teams, freelancers and agencies to provide a unified and cohesive approach to marketing.
  • Communicate marketing strategies and results effectively to the board and SMT.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal Marketing Manager will be able to demonstrate previous experience within a construction or production/manufacturing setting and have the following key skills and experience:

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in advertising and marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends, platforms, and tools.
  • L5 or above in Marketing.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in advertising and marketing roles, with a track record of successful campaign management.
