Automotive Sales Advisor
Newark, Full Time, Permanent
£36,000 - £50,000 OTE
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and self motivated Automotive Sales Advisor with a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service to join our client’s established sales team in Newark, following continued growth.
THE ROLE
Your responsibilities as a Automotive Sales Advisor will include:
- Processing telephone and email sales leads
- Meet, greet and qualify customers visiting the showroom and show stands
- Presenting vehicles for sale
- Updating products and services on the companies website
- Being the first contact for customers aftersales enquiries
- Follow a sales process and record progress of each lead within a CRM system
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Automotive Sales Advisor will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:
- An experienced face to face salesperson (ideally from the motor industry or similar)
- An excellent communicator able to present, negotiate and influence in order to achieve desired outcomes
- Able to work independently and using own initiative and as part of a team
- Good numeracy skills
- Computer literate
- Good team player
