Customer Service Administrator
Full time, Fixed Term Contract, Long Bennington
Hourly rate £10.54

Our client, based near Long Bennington, are seeking an Office Administrator to join their small yet busy team. You will work on a full time basis, for an initial Fixed Term Contract of 5 months.

Role and Responsibilities

As Customer Service Administrator, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Communicating with customers via telephone and e-mail
  • Handling customer enquiries
  • Inputting orders, entering data is correct
  • Using a bespoke system to keep information up to date
  • Working closely with internal departments
  • General administrative tasks e.g. scanning, filing etc
  • Cash handling


An ideal Customer Service Administrator candidate will possess the following:

  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Confident computer user
  • Attention to detail

Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
