Future Prospects Group are proud to be working with a market leading business in Lincoln to recruit a Sales Administrator on a part time, permanent basis.

The Role

The successful Sales Administrator will provide comprehensive support to a busy sales team to include:-

• Responding to customer and colleague requests via calls, emails and website in relation to orders and quotations
• Assisting with reports for the senior leadership team
• Proactively dealing with purchase orders and invoice queries to include processing orders
• Creating and sending quotations
• Maintaining updates on the Company's bespoke database

The Candidate

The ideal Sales Administrator will be an excellent communicator, a keen problem-solver, resourceful and able to work efficiently under their own initiative. Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous along with proficient IT skills; however, no specific industry experience is required. We are seeking an individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy, office environment.
