Operations Support Administrator
Boston, Lincolnshire
Full or Part Time, Up to £25,000
This is an exciting opportunity for a Operations Support Administrator to join a family run business enjoying a period of growth and expansion. This role will provide administrative support across the HR, Compliance and Health and Safety functions.
The Role
The role of the Operations Support Administrator will include the following duties:
- Helping to administer new starters on the Company's HR system
- Collate payroll data from various sources (including timesheets and clock-in systems), check for anomalies, in preparation for weekly payroll processing
- Assist in coordinating training for new starters and ensuring training records are kept up to date, highlighting the requirement for refresher courses
- Collate data for reporting purposes relating to Health & Safety, Training and Compliance
- Providing administrative support to the HR Manager, Health & Safety Manager and Compliance Manager
- Dealing with ad hoc administrative tasks as and when required relating to a busy production setting
The Candidate
The successful Operations Support Administrator will be able to demonstrate;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate/Advanced IT skills to include knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- A methodical approach to their work
- A keen eye for detail
- An appreciation for confidentiality whilst handling sensitive commercial data
- The ability to work alone as well as part of a wider team
