Contracts Coordinator
Newark, Full time, Permanent
Salary £24,000 - £26,000 DOE

We are seeking a Contracts Coordinator for our Newark client on a full time, permanent basis. The role will involve liaising with a variety of Contractors and co-operating with internal departments.

Role and Responsibilities

As Contracts Coordinator, your role will involve:

  • Responding to customer queries
  • Updating schedules as projects progress and obtaining missing relevant information
  • General administrative duties such as emails, answering the telephone and filing
  • Monitoring the work of site engineers
  • Working with the Health and Safety Manager to ensure Risk Assessments, certificates and passes are correct and in order
  • Working closely with a number of internal departments
  • Planning, organising and assigning work for engineers


A suitable Contracts Coordinator candidate will possess:

  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Ability to prioritise and plan your work (both for yourself and to support team members)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Excel etc.)

Ideally, you will have worked within a similar role previously and have experience dealing with contractors and engineers.
