Full Time, One Year FTC (Maternity Cover)
Boston, £22,000

Our Client, based in Boston, Lincolnshire is looking to appoint an Administrator on a full time basis to cover for a period of maternity leave (one year contract).

The Role

Key duties and responsibilities of the Administrator will include:

  • Organising, printing & filing of all daily paperwork
  • Answering incoming calls & monitoring emails
  • Data inputting (livestock related - quantities, quality and hygiene records)
  • Recording all vaccines used and order vaccines when required
  • Ordering supplies and managing stock
  • Performing all other related duties as assigned

The Candidate

The successful Administrator will be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience working in an office environment
  • An ability to work under pressure
  • IT literacy, particularly in Excel
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • A pleasant & confident telephone manner
