Our award winning, innovative and progressive client based in Newark-on-Trent is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Manager to support the Sales Director in the management of the Internal Sales function.

Role and Responsibilities

As Internal Sales Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Managing team leaders
  • Responsible for the achievement of targets
  • Implementation and maintenance of KPIs
  • Working closely with the Marketing team
  • Having a tactical and strategic approach to deals
  • Ensuring your team are delivering a consistently high quality service, adhering to codes of practice and maintain a high level of communication at all times
  • Identifying industry trends
  • Mentoring team members, holding 1:1s etc.
  • Continuous improvement of sales performance measurement
  • Working closely with the Sales Director providing statistics and reports

Candidate

An ideal candidate for the Internal Sales Manager will possess the following:

  • Advanced knowledge of CRMs (for example, Hubsport, Sales Force etc.)
  • Reporting and interpreting day-to-day operations
  • Line management along with training and mentoring
  • Knowledge of the technology market would be advantageous
  • Understanding of inbound and outbound sales activities
  • Experience of working alongside lead generation marketing teams

You will be confident and able to prioritise well, along with being target driven and possess an analytical mind. An Internal Sales Manager will be a true team player and be quick thinking, supportive and hold exceptional attention to detail.
