Operations Administrator
Newark, Full Time, Permanent
£21,000 (rising to £21,500 after 6 months)

We are seeking a Operations Administrator for our Newark based client on a full time basis. You will be joining a friendly, welcoming team in a varied and exciting role.

Role and Responsibilities

As Operations Administrator, your duties will include:

  • Data entry and rate loading
  • Collating client information by researching, asking questions etc.
  • Using a variety of bespoke systems
  • Responding to inbound queries via telephone, live chat, email, web forms
  • Liaising with suppliers / clients to offer support
  • Dealing with complaints efficiently and effectively
  • Supporting the team on projects working to deadlines

Candidate

Experience required to be a successful Operations Administrator includes:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience of the customer service industry
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Ability to work to deadlines and targets
  • Confident and clear telephone manner
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
