Sales Administrator
Lincoln, Full time, Permanent
Salary £20,000 per annum.

We are seeking a Sales Administrator working on the Sales and Spares desk – responding to customer enquiries and orders, processing orders and maintaining a high level of customer service at all times. This is a full time, permanent position for our global known client.

Role and Responsibilities

As Sales Administrator, your duties will include:

  • First point of contact for incoming enquiries (including answering a high volume of customer queries and dealing with problems)
  • Processing orders
  • Establishing and maintaining customer relationships, as well as working closely with co-workers and stakeholders
  • Continue to take on product training where necessary
  • Ensure information and documentation is kept up to date
  • Working closely in the team – sharing knowledge and advice, covering for annual leave, assisting with project work
  • Support continuous improvement of the sales and spares desk (suggesting new procedures etc.)

Candidate

A suitable Sales Administrator candidate will possess the following:

  • Prior experience of working in a busy customer service or sales environment
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of a busy sales environment
  • A genuine interest in helping customers
  • High level of organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deal with complaints professionally

Ideally you will possess a sound knowledge of Microsoft software, specifically Word and Excel.
