Office Manager
Atherstone, Full Time, Permanent
£25,000 - £30,000 DOE

Our fast growing and market leading Client are looking for an experienced Office Manager.

This role will include the supervision of a small team as well as coordinating office procedures and liaising with all areas of the business to ensure smooth daily operations.


The successful Office Manager will be required to:

  • Day to day line management of customer service/sales staff
  • Assist with order processing, stock availability and general product enquiries
  • Report on KPI and other management data as required
  • Work closely with HR to update and maintain office operations, policies and procedures
  • Liaise with external services/suppliers


The ideal Office Manager will demonstrate the following:

  • Proven office management experience within an automotive/technical product environment ideally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook in particular)
  • Line management/people skills
  • Attention to detail and problem solving
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
