Internal Sales Executive
Newark, Full Time, Permanent (Hybrid Working Available)
£20,000 plus Commission OTE £30,000

Due to expansion, our award-winning, Newark based client is looking to appoint a driven, enthusiastic and hardworking Internal Sales Executive to join their busy sales team on a full time, permanent basis.

The Role

The successful Internal Sales Executive will work with an established customer portfolio to convert a large quantity of warm leads and enquiries. You will be responsible for qualifying and following an established sales cadence for high volumes of inbound leads and enquiries, via calls and email, for a wide range of technology and software solutions and passing them on to the Internal Sales Team for quoting. Key responsibilities will include;

  • Learning and carrying out best practice sales practices
  • Utilising an established CRM system to follow up leads
  • Developing a sound understanding of a wide rage of technology and software solutions (training and support provided)
  • Picking up enquiries and warm leads from customers and prospects looking for information and quotes for products
  • Proactively follow up a sales pipeline to gain a return on investment from marketing activities and a prospect (lapsed) database - no cold-calling
  • Taking and making calls to warm prospects and existing customers
  • Creating quality written communications
  • Representing the company in a positive light, always providing the best customer experience possible
  • Delivering sales against set range of realistic KPI’s

The Candidate

The successful Internal Sales Executive will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous knowledge of CRMs
  • Experience of working in a customer facing role ideally in a sales capacity
  • Technologically astute
  • Confident and quick learner
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Desire to succeed and grow in a sale role
  • A desire to continuously improve
  • Ability to communicate with customers and colleagues to a high standard
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
