Customer Service Advisor
Lincoln, Full-Time, Permanent
Salary £8.91 per hour (42.5 hours per week)
Hours of work – Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm with Thursday off

Our Lincoln based Client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team who provide first class support to their customers via telephone, and email communication.

The Role

As Customer Service Advisor you responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a first-class service to customers, understanding their requirements and responding appropriately
  • Building rapport and relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Adhering to the Company’s internal and external customer care and equal opportunities policies
  • Providing a range of administration support when required
  • Promoting a professional image of the Company at all times
  • Taking ownership of customer enquiries and dealing confidently with any difficult situations

The Ideal Candidate

The successful Customer Service Advisor candidate will ideally possess the following:

  • Experience within a Customer Service environment
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
  • An awareness of the Data Protection Act
  • Great team working skills and a flexible approach
  • Computer skills – particularly with Microsoft Office
