Sales Administrator / Negotiator
Newark, Full Time, Permanent
Salary £18,000 - £22,000 DOE

Our Newark based Client is an award-winning Estate and Lettings Company, they are currently seeking a Sales Administrator / Negotiator to join the team due to a continued increase in business and a growing portfolio.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales Administrator you will have a wide overview of a portfolio of properties, including:

  • Dealing promptly and courteously with all communications from homeowners, prospective buyers and solicitors
  • Managing the diary for viewings and valuations
  • Supporting both Sales and Lettings with administration requirements
  • Providing clients with regular updates throughout the sales process and co-ordinating with solicitors as necessary

Candidate

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn from an experienced team. Key skills and experience required in this role include:

  • Strong telephone manner
  • Ideally have experience within a Customer Service environment
  • Experience using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Conscientious, organised, detailed oriented
  • Previous experience using other software applications / CRM systems or databases would be an advantage
  • General administrative skills (filing, scanning etc)
  • Driving Licence Essential

Full training will be given to the successful Candidate; however, we would welcome those with previous experience in a Letting/Estate Agency environment
