Leicester, Full time, Permanent
£Salary DOE plus generous commission

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join an award winning company that supply high quality windows, doors and conservatories, including timber alternatives and aluminium.

As a Sales Manager you will help increase sales in all areas that the company operates within by visiting customers’ home for pre-arranged appointments or via video meetings for those who have expressed an interest in the products on offer.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Managing the sales process, ensuring delivery of high-quality customer service whilst building excellent relationships with your customer base
  • Explaining and upselling a range of premium products
  • Negotiating with customers and closing sales to hit (and exceed) realistic targets
  • Updating the CRM system and processing customer orders


You should ideally possess the following experience:

  • Previous sales experience required
  • Excellent communicator who enjoys speaking to customers and building rapport
  • Good negotiator
  • Self-motivated, target driven and proactive
  • A confident IT user with excellent attention to detail
  • Money and target driven
  • A valid driving licence is essential

This role will include attending evening and weekend sales appointments, so a flexible approach to working hours will also be required.
