Lincoln, Full time, Permanent
Salary £19,691.00

We are seeking a Sales Administrator on a full time and permanent basis for our reputable and market-leading Lincoln based Client.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Sales Administrator, your main duties will include:

  • Produce quotes and process orders
  • Respond to enquiries and order queries/amendments
  • Data entry
  • Produce monthly spreadsheet reports
  • Main point of contact for suppliers/customers
  • Responsible for mailboxes and liaise with relevant people
  • Primary contact for Sales Managers

Sales Administrator Candidate

You should ideally possess the following experience:

  • A competent user of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel & Word)
  • Experience using CRM systems and databases
  • Self motivated and able to demonstrate initiative
  • Multi task orientated
  • Works well under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
