Systems Administrator
Full time, 6 Month Fixed Term Contract, Maidenhead
Salary £20,000 - £21,000 per annum.

Our Maidenhead based client are seeing a Systems Administrator to support their Oracle and Concur functions on a full time basis for an initial period of 6-months. An ideal position for somebody with excellent numerical and administrative skills, with an eye for detail.

Role and Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as System Administrator will include, but not be limited to:

  • Completion of administrative tasks on the Oracle system
  • Supporting the Manager, conducting all daily activities onto the expenses system (Concur)
  • Ensuring expenses are paid on Concur in a timely manner
  • Data entry and processing on Oracle / Concur (supplier / customer / employee)
  • Reviewing travel and other expenses
  • Advising and supporting employees on Expenses Policies
  • Resolving ledger discrepancies
  • Assisting with supporting end-users of the Travel and Expenses systems

Candidate

Ideally, a Systems Administrator will possess the following skills:

  • Educated to A-Level standard, minimum of A-C GCSEs in English and Maths
  • Experience of effectively using a number of computer systems
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, and a excellent problem solving skills

As Systems Administrator, you should be willing to learn how to use a number of computer systems including Oracle and Concur and possess knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)

If you have the following, this could be advantageous:

  • Knowledge of Oracle (particularly iProcurement / Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable modules)
  • Knowledge of Concur Expenses
