Office Administration / Marketing Assistant
Lincoln, Part Time
£9.00 per hour

Role and Responsibilities

This varied role will include, but not limited to:

  • Managing the company’s databases
  • Creating clients online e learning accounts
  • Compiling pre and post course administration
  • Booking transport and accommodation
  • Assisting with the organising of company events or conferences
  • Ordering stationery, course material and merchandise
  • Dealing with correspondence and queries
  • Preparing letters and emails
  • Liaising with clients
  • Using a range of software packages
  • Assisting with promotional activities
  • Updating social media and the company website


You should be able to multi-task, have experience with marketing and managing social media accounts, possess excellent communication skills and be willing to learn new software if necessary.
