Tuxford, Full Time, Permanent
Salary up to £28,000 DOE plus bonus

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to lead, motivate and develop an already dynamic sales team for our client based in Tuxford.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, proactive team player with a drive to increase revenue and profitability from established and prospective customers.

Role and Responsibilities

As Sales Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading your Sales Team to ensure targets and KPI’s are met and exceeded
  • Measure and monitor team and individual performance and productivity
  • Develop team members through coaching, mentoring and support
  • Conduct regular 121’s and performance reviews and complete regular training and mentoring sessions with team members
  • Develop internal strategies to support customer growth in order to drive new revenue and profitability from existing and prospective customers
  • Regular reporting on individual and team performance to include sales forecasts
  • Collaboration with your colleagues across other departments in order to achieve objectives
  • Ensure all systems and records are up to date with correct and relevant data
  • Provide full customer support to existing customers


As Sales Manager you will possess the following:

  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience within a commercial and sales environment
  • Experience of leading a team through motivational coaching and development
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong sales focused mindset
