Accounts Payable Administrator
Lincoln, Full Time, Fixed Term Contract (6 months)
Up to £19,500 dependent on experience

Our established, highly successful and reputable Lincoln based client is looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Administrator on a full-time basis. This role is for a period of 6 months to cover long-term sickness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing invoices and credit notes
  • Payment of all supplier invoices
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Adhoc cheque payments
  • Entering payment journals and allocating payments
  • Reconciling statements
  • Dealing with queries by e-mail or telephone
  • Filing
  • Adhoc requests
  • Cover for the other members of team as required


  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise a range of tasks
  • Well organised
  • Strong communication skills
