Step 1 - You post your vacancy on myfutureprospects.com

You send us your job description and your dedicated Account Manager will call or visit you at your premises to gain a thorough understanding of your vacancy requirements and discuss your Future Prospects recruitment campaign. Your Account Manager will be on hand to support you from the start to finish of your campaign.

Step 2 - We advertise your vacancy and attract both active and passive job seekers

Your Account Manager will use their experience to refine your job description ensuring maximum candidate attraction throughout the duration of your campaign. This exposure includes the Future Prospects website, numerous job boards, social and digital media sites and our own talent bank which is growing month on month. We also target 'passive' job seekers via a range of headhunting techniques.

Step 3 - We evaluate all applicant responses and provide you with a suitable shortlist of candidates

During the advertising campaign, your dedicated Account Manager will engage with and manage all candidate responses. We will filter, screen and assess all candidate applications prior to interviewing them to ensure that you are only provided with candidates that match your vacancy specification and organisational fit.

Step 4 - You interview and successfully recruit

Once we have shortlisted applicants for your vacancy, you will be provided with full control of the hiring process via your online dashboard. From here you will be able to review shortlisted CVs and access our online resources to make your recruitment campaign a hassle fee experience. Your Account Manager will also be on hand to assist and answer any questions along the way.
